Trainee sailors on The Training Ship Georg Stage undergo intensive hands-on maritime training, developing seamanship skills, teamwork, and resilience aboard the historic full-rigged ship. Operated by the Georg Stage Memorial Foundation, the ship’s mission is to provide young people with their first practical lessons in seamanship, equipping them with the fundamental skills and experience needed for a career at sea.
